Don Nottingham, “The Human Cannonball” shares his memories playing for the Colts & Dolphins


Former Colts & Dolphins FB Don Nottingham joined us. He started off talked about his time at Kent State and 2 freshman that joined the team his senior season, Jack Lambert and Nick Saban. He also talked about what it was like being the last pick in the 1971 draft by the defending champion Colts. He told the story of how Bubba Smith welcomed him to the NFL at practice one day, how he got the nickname, "The Human Cannon Ball" and the great work the local chapter of the NFL Alumni Association is doing with Special Olympics.
