Ross talked about his college playing days at Princeton, how he got in and managed to be a two time Academic All-American. He said it's all in class choices you make. He shared the story of the brawl he and his Redskins teammate LaVarr Arrington got into during practice that could have ended very badly. He also talked about how he got into broadcasting and where you'll be able to hear him this Fall

Marco retired from the BC Lions of the CFL at the end of last season. He said why at age 31 he decided to walk away and the impact CTE and 2 major concussions had on his decision. Marco is a graduate of both Harvard and MIT and he shared stories of playing in "The Game", Harvard vs. Yale.

On this edition of Thursday Night Tailgate we are joined by former Redskins, Cowboys, Bills, and Browns Guard turned Broadcaster Ross Tucker, former Patriots Pro Bowl RB Tony Collins, former BC Lions WR Marco Iannuzzi, former Chiefs & Jets Pro Bowl Kicker Nick Lowery, and former Houston Oilers DB Cris Dishman.
Ross Tucker - Ross talked about his college playing days at Princeton, how he got in and managed to be a two time Academic All-American. He said it's all in class choices you make. Tony Collins - This week we got Tony's thoughts on the domestic violence cases we heard about this week with Brandon Browner and Shady McCoy.

Cris Dishman - We started out with Cris talking about his college playing days at Purdue and playing alongside Rod Woodson. Their freshman year they swept Notre Dame, Ohio State and Michigan, be coming the first Purdue team to ever do that. When he got to Houston Nick Saban was the DB Coach and Cris shared what it was like playing for him. We also heard what it was like showing up in training camp as a rookie 5th round pick and trying to make a name for yourself going up against Warren Moon, Ernest Giving, Drew Hill and Haywood Jeffires at practice.

We had the privilege of spending some time with Bill Hall of Fame QB Jim Kelly just days before he found out the cancer in his jaw had returned. What you'll hear is Jim talking about why he chose to play his college ball at the University Miami when he grew up wanting to play at Penn State. You'll also hear why he originally chose the USFL's Houston Gamblers over the Buffalo Bills, the success he had in Houston and ultimately falling in love with the Bills fans and the pride he has in the accomplishment of playing in 4 straight Super Bowls.

Victor started by sharing the great work his foundation is doing to help kids up in New York. They have a celebrity golf tournament coming up in September to benefit the foundation and underprivileged children. He also gave us his insights on the Jets, their young Safeties, Jamal Adams and Marcus Maye, and the job Head Coach Todd Bowles is doing.

We talked about his documentary on former Nebraska and Rams RB Lawrence Phillips and what they learned about his life when they put that story together. He also talked about the work he's doing with the NHL and the art of the documentary.
