Ed is a College Football Hall of Famer and a player who is on both the Vikings and Chargers all-time teams. Leon Searcy shares a fantastic story from his draft day when a Cowboys representative showed up at his house, let himself in, helped himself to a beer, had a contract in hand, then the Steelers surprised everyone and took Leon a few spots ahead of the Cowboys. The guy tore up the contract and walked out. Leon also talks about how Kevin Greene made him a better player, and what it was like playing for Bill Cowher ("the spit was flying"). Rodney McLeod is the Eagles nominee for the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award for the work he's doing to combat social inequality. Steelers WR JuJu Smith-Schuster finds his way back into our Spotlight for the kindness he showed to a 7-year-old fan by surprising him with a birthday video and autographed jersey. We also look back to the local prom he attended at the invite of a fan who was forced to go alone after his date broke up with him.
