On this episode of Thursday Night Tailgate we're joined by former Steelers and Jaguars Tackle Leon Searcy Jr, former Patriots RB Tony Collins, and former Steelers Safety Lee Flowers III.

Leon Searcy shares a fantastic story from his draft day when a Cowboys representative showed up at his house, let himself in, helped himself to a beer, had a contract in hand, then the Steelers surprised everyone and took Leon a few spots ahead of the Cowboys. The guy tore up the contract and walked out. Leon also talks about how Kevin Greene made him a better player, and what it was like playing for Bill Cowher ("the spit was flying").
